DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment for all bookings must be secured by a credit card at the time of booking.
Smart Saver bookings
cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded. Your card WILL BE charged
within 48 hours of booking made for the full quoted amount of the
reservation. No refunds are permitted on Smart Saver accommodation
bookings. Guests requiring alternative accommodation dates will need to
rebook, no amendments/transfers permitted.
Fully Flexi/Standard Accommodation Rates must
be secured by a credit card but no deposit or payment will be charged.
No fee to amend your booking (subject to availability). Amendments &
cancellations on bookings will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to
arrival with no charges. In the case of a no show or a cancellation
inside 72 hours, one night’s accommodation will incur and be charged.
Package Rates (including Bed & Breakfast rates)
Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the day of
arrival with no charge. In the case of a no show or cancellation inside
the 72 hours one night’s accommodation will be charged. Unused package
components are non refundable.
